Kati Patang Lifestyle has extended the closing date for its Rights Issue, giving shareholders more time to participate.

The Rights Issue, which was initially set to close on July 25, 2025, will now close on Friday, August 1, 2025. This decision by the Rights Issue Committee aims to provide an extended opportunity for entitled shareholders to exercise their rights.

Investors should note this revised deadline for submitting their applications.

All other terms and conditions of the Rights Issue, as outlined in the Letter of Offer, remain unchanged.
