Unitech International, currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), held its first Committee of Creditors (CoC) meeting.

Key items on the agenda included confirming Mr. Mayur Rajendrakumar Popat as the Resolution Professional at a monthly fee of ₹0.015 Cr.

The CoC reviewed the 180-day CIRP timeline, actions taken by the Interim Resolution Professional, and approved professional appointments like advocates for ₹0.005 Cr and valuers (lowest quote ₹0.0099 Cr). They also ratified security guard fees of ₹0.004 Cr per month and past CIRP expenses amounting to ₹0.024 Cr, with an estimated total CIRP cost of ₹0.38 Cr.

The CoC also discussed reducing the meeting notice period.
