Prashant India has entered an agreement for the sale of used windmill/scrap from its Wind Power Division located at Dhank, Rajkot, to M/s. Arbuda Metal Industry.

This move follows a shareholder resolution regarding the disposal of company assets.

The total sale consideration for this transaction is ₹0.85 Cr plus applicable tax, with ₹0.50 Cr already received as an advance.

The sale is expected to be completed within 30 days.

For the last financial year, this division contributed Rs. 11,44,880 to turnover and had a net worth of Rs. 92,67,579. This transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
