Prashant India Limited has informed shareholders about the e-voting facility for resolutions to be considered at the 43rd Annual General Meeting.

The electronic voting window will be open for a period of four days, starting daily from 9:00 AM and closing at 5:00 PM on the final day, through National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) services.

This enables investors to participate in significant company decisions and exercise their voting rights ahead of the AGM.
