Company Update

Prashant India's Board approved its Director's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company also announced the appointment of Mr. Shyamanlbhai J Mashruwala as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.

His background in accounting and finance is expected to strengthen the company's management and operations.

Shareholders will vote on his continued appointment at the upcoming 43rd Annual General Meeting, for which the Board has approved the draft notice.
