Quint Digital Limited announced a leadership change at its material subsidiary, Quintype Technologies India Limited.

Mr. Chirdeep Shetty resigned as CEO and Executive Director, effective August 29, 2025, but will continue as a Non-Executive Director.

Mr. Ramalingam Sangarasubramanian has been appointed as the new CEO, effective the same date.

This transition brings a seasoned technology leader to steer Quintype, aiming to accelerate product innovation, expand global reach, and deliver value for media partners.
