Advik Capital has submitted a revised 39th Annual Report for FY2023-24 to correct an inadvertent typographical error in asset and liability figures.

The company reported a standalone profit of Rs 4.04 crore on a turnover of Rs 27.46 crore, and consolidated profit of Rs 6.36 crore on Rs 839.59 crore turnover.

A Rs 50 crore rights issue was completed.

Auditors noted Rs 99.83 crore in loans lacked security and a Rs 25.33 crore investment was revalued to Rs 12.31 crore.

An acquisition plan for Industrial Investment Trust Limited was terminated due to regulatory issues.
