Vamshi Rubber's board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Surendra Reddy Rachervu as Managing Director and Mr. Varun Kumar Pasham as Whole-time Director.

Both will serve for a further period of 3 years, effective July 1, 2025. These re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval.

This move ensures leadership continuity for the company's strategic direction and operations, as both directors bring over 30 years of experience in the Tyre Retreading Industry.
