Ishwarshakti Holdings & Traders Limited's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, which were reviewed by their Statutory Auditors with an unmodified opinion.

The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. B. L. Dasharda & Associates as Statutory Auditor for a second five-year term, as proposed by the Audit Committee.

This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 42nd Annual General Meeting, scheduled for Thursday, September 4, 2025. The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility for the AGM is Friday, August 29, 2025.
