Mini Diamonds (India) Limited has opened a special six-month window for shareholders to re-submit physical share transfer requests that were lodged before April 1, 2019, but remained unprocessed or were returned due to documentation issues.

This initiative, following recent guidelines, aims to simplify the transfer process for eligible investors.

All re-lodged requests will be processed exclusively in demat form.

Shareholders with such pending requests are encouraged to utilize this one-time opportunity by submitting their documents to the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
