Mr. Pruthvik Soni has resigned from his position as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective July 31, 2025, to pursue other professional opportunities.

The board has approved the appointment of Mr. Chirag Chouhan as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective August 1, 2025. Mr. Chouhan is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with proficiency in company and securities law compliance, ensuring continuity in the company's crucial compliance functions.
