Elcid Investments' shareholders have approved significant board changes at their 44th Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Varun Vakil was re-appointed as a Non-Executive Director.

Ms. Amrita Vakil transitions to a Whole-Time Director for five years, and Mrs. Ragini Vakil joins as a Non-Executive Director.
