Shareholders of Elcid Investments have approved key leadership changes at their 44th Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Varun Vakil and Mrs. Ragini Vakil have been appointed as Non-Executive Directors.

Ms. Amrita Vakil transitions to a Whole-Time Director role for five years.

Additionally, Ms. Margarette Shwetha Thomas joins as a new Independent Director for five years, and Mr. Essaji Vahanvati has been re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second term.

The company also appointed M/s Ruchi Kotak & Associates as its Secretarial Auditors for five years, enhancing governance oversight.
