GEM Enviro Management's Board has approved the appointment of Ms. Sandhya Kohli, an MBA in Finance with over two decades of experience in finance and stock markets, as an Independent Director for a five-year term.

This appointment, suggested by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, awaits shareholder approval.

Furthermore, the company's Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee have been re-constituted, with Ms. Kohli joining both.
