Kaycee Industries has announced its 82nd Annual General Meeting via video conference on August 26, 2025, at 12:30 PM.

Shareholders registered by August 23, 2025, can participate and vote electronically, with remote e-voting available from August 26 to August 28. The company has also opened a special six-month window, until January 6, 2026, for shareholders to re-submit physical share transfer requests rejected before April 1, 2019, due to errors.

These re-lodged shares will only be issued in demat form, helping resolve long-pending transfer issues.
