Aarti Industries has set August 18, 2025, as the record date for its proposed dividend of Re.

1/- per equity share (20% on Rs. 5/- face value). Shareholders registered on this date will be eligible for the dividend, subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting on August 25, 2025. If approved, the dividend payment will be made on or before September 24, 2025.
