The Cochin Malabar Estates and Industries Limited has informed shareholders that its 95th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place virtually on August 28, 2025. The company has distributed the AGM notice and Annual Report to shareholders, with documents also available online.

For shareholder convenience, electronic voting will be accessible from August 25 through August 27. To facilitate the AGM, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 22 to August 28. This ensures all eligible shareholders can participate and cast their votes.
