Record Date

ABB India's Board has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 9.77 per share (488.50%) for FY2025. Shareholders whose names appear on the company's records or in depositories as beneficial owners by the record date of Friday, August 08, 2025, will be eligible.

The dividend will be paid on or before August 31, 2025.
