VRL Logistics has set August 14, 2025, as the Record Date for a 1:1 bonus share issue.

This means eligible shareholders will receive one new share for every share they currently hold.

Approximately 8.75 crore bonus shares are expected to be allotted on August 18, 2025, and will commence trading on August 19, 2025. This bonus is contingent on shareholder approval at the August 6, 2025 AGM.
