HB Estate Developers has announced its financial results for the quarter.

Total income from operations for the period stood at ₹2.38 crore, a notable decrease from ₹2.56 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year.

Net profit after tax declined significantly to ₹0.38 crore, down from ₹0.91 crore previously.

Consequently, diluted earnings per share fell to ₹0.18 from ₹2.32. These unaudited results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the company's board, reflecting a challenging quarter for the business.
