Tyche Industries has announced the transfer of equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). This applies to shares where dividends have remained unclaimed for seven consecutive years, from financial year 2017-18 through 2023-24. Individual notices have been sent to affected shareholders, and a list is available on the company’s website.

Shareholders should claim unpaid dividends to prevent transfer.

If shares are already transferred, an application can be made to the IEPF Authority using Form IEPF-5. This measure is for managing unclaimed shareholder assets.
