Tyche Industries Limited has announced its 28th Annual General Meeting, to be held via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means on September 30. Shareholders can participate and vote remotely.

Remote e-voting begins Sunday, September 27, at 09:00 AM and ends Tuesday, September 28, at 05:00 PM.

The cut-off date for voting eligibility and the record date for final dividend entitlement is September 23. The company's share transfer books will close from September 24 to September 30 for the AGM.

This allows shareholders to engage with company decisions and receive their dividend.
