Tyche Industries has announced the book closure for its 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 24 to September 30. The AGM is scheduled for September 30. September 23 has been fixed as the cut-off date for remote e-voting and determining eligibility for dividend payments, subject to member approval at the AGM.

E-voting will be open from September 27 to September 29. This is important for shareholders planning to attend the AGM, cast their votes electronically, or receive dividends.
