BSEL Algo Limited's board has accepted the resignation of Mr. Santosh Sambhu Tambe as Managing Director and Board Member, effective close of business hours.

Concurrently, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Mohit Kishar Jain as an Additional Director, Chairman, and the new Managing Director for a five-year term.

Mr. Jain, an experienced marketing professional with a background in stock market analysis and portfolio management, is expected to bring valuable expertise.
