Aurionpro Solutions' Board has approved acquiring 100% of InfrariskSG Pte Ltd, a Singapore/Melbourne-based fintech specializing in digital lending and risk scoring solutions.

Valued at USD 2 million, the deal involves an upfront cash payment and a share swap, with additional earn-out payments tied to performance.

This strategic acquisition expands Aurionpro's presence in Australia, a key market, by integrating Infrarisk's established solutions for financial institutions.

It strengthens Aurionpro's Banking and TIG segments, leveraging Infrarisk's expertise in lending transformations.

The acquisition is expected to be completed by October 2025.
