KIC Metaliks announced its 38th Annual General Meeting on August 22, 2025, to be held virtually.

The e-voting period is from August 19-21, 2025, with August 15 as the eligibility cut-off.

Key items include approving the financial results for FY2024-25, where the company reported a net loss of ₹60.94 Cr on revenue of ₹7,172.32 Cr, a shift from last year's ₹2.28 Cr profit.

The company seeks re-appointment of Mr. Radhey Shyam Jalan as Chairman & MD (₹10 Lakhs/month) and Mr. Mukesh Bengani as Director (Finance) & CFO (₹1.83 Lakhs/month) for three-year terms.

Shareholders will also consider re-appointing Mr. Kanhaiyalal Didwania, statutory auditors, and ratifying the cost auditor's fees of ₹40,000.
