Mr. Khemani, who holds 0% shares, requested this change, confirming he has relinquished all rights, is not involved in management, and holds no special company rights.

This decision reflects his non-involvement, improving clarity in the shareholding structure.

The reclassification is still subject to approval from stock exchanges.
