Tender Bidding Activities: Our company is actively involved in pursuing new business opportunities by bidding on a diverse range of tenders from both government and private sector sources.

Currently, there are approximately 10-12 tenders in the pipeline, with the bid submission deadlines and the opening of bids scheduled over the next 4-5 weeks.
We are preparing to participate in these opportunities, and we will provide immediate updates once any work awards are announced or if we are successful in securing new contracts.
Our bidding process is highly selective and strategic.
We only submit bids for tenders that meet specific criteria outlined in our internal checklist, which ensures alignment with our company’s strategic goals and risk management policies.

2. Construction and Business Updates: The evaluation of the Q-2 (July month) FY 25-26 progress reports highlights a commendable and sustained momentum achieved during the July month.
The Planning Department’s positive assessment confirms effective execution and adherence to planned objectives, instilling confidence that initial targets have been successfully met.
This demonstrates the project’s robust progress and the team’s capability to deliver results efficiently.
Building on this strong foundation, we have set more ambitious targets for the upcoming months.
These revised goals aim to ensure timely or early completion of work, maintaining current momentum and potentially accelerating project delivery.
This proactive approach leverages ongoing progress to foster continuous improvement in project execution.
The Planning and Assessment Team affirms that all Q-2 (July month) targets were achieved efficiently, with work executed at optimized costs.
This strategic resource management has positively impacted profit margins, which have further improved in Q-2. 3. Quarterly Results: Our finance team is diligently working on reconciling accounts in preparation for the Q1 results.
We are going to announce the Q-1 results on 14th August 2025. 4. Credit Facilities: The company has honoured all lender obligations, including interest and principal repayments, within clearly defined timelines up until July 31, 2025. 5. Substantial Completion Certificate Completion of Rs 100 crore landmark slope protection project in Mizoram executed 19.2 km : Brahmaputra Infrastructure Limited has achieved a significant milestone a Certificate received of Substantial ----------------Page (3) Break---------------- Completion of Rs 100 crore landmark slope protection project in Mizoram executed 19.2 km employing eight advanced slope stabilization and protection techniques.
This achievement establishes a unique qualification record for complex protection works in hilly regions of Northeast India, enabling the Group to bid and execute projects valued up to Rs 350 crore and above, as well as unlock special contract opportunities for protection works in mega ongoing infrastructure projects across the Northeast.
6. Signing of new MOU and agreements : In tandem, Brahmaputra Infrastructure Limited has entered into a preference client agreement with North East Gabion Industries, which operates Taiwan-manufactured plants with the highest gabion supply capacity in the Northeast.
This partnership ensures prioritized supply of high-quality gabion boxes at preferred rates and assured first-priority delivery, further reinforcing Brahmaputra's integrated infrastructure capabilities and enhancing speed and profitability in delivering protection-focused projects.
7. Arbitration Award : During July, we completed the documentation Part for One of the arbitration awards already announced in Favor of the company.
As per the respective team, the final arbitration amount along with interest is scheduled to be credited in August 2025., demonstrating progress in converting legal victories into tangible financial benefits.
We are actively engaged in a fast-track process to settle the remaining arbitration awards through alternative dispute resolution methods such as conciliation and mediation, which are designed to expedite the monetised process and minimize associated costs.
Additionally, we are pursuing court procedures to facilitate the monetization of outstanding arbitration awards.

Ultimately, the successful monetization of these arbitration awards will support debt repayment and enhance our overall liquidity and stability.
