Hind Commerce's board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting a total income of ₹2.93 Cr and a profit of ₹0.30 Cr.

The board also appointed Mrs. Archna Maheshwari as an Independent Director and Mr. Umesh Lahoti as Managing Director for five years, both subject to shareholder approval.

Mrs. Sonam Jain was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years.

The 40th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 24, 2025. Share transfer books will close from September 18 to September 24, 2025, with the e-voting cutoff on September 17, 2025.
