Artson Limited will convene its 46th Annual General Meeting on September 1, 2025, virtually.

For the financial year 2024-25, revenue was ₹113.55 Cr (down 11.37%), while profit before tax jumped 108.25% to ₹4.80 Cr, boosted by a one-time gain from the Nagpur facility sale.

Profit after tax was ₹3.48 Cr (down 42.43%). The company achieved a record order backlog of ₹287 Cr.

Operational highlights include the new Parli manufacturing unit becoming fully operational and securing a landmark direct shipbuilding order for a Floating Dry Dock.

Shareholders will approve director re-appointment, auditor appointments, and related party transactions with Tata Projects Limited up to ₹320 Cr.

No dividend was proposed.
