NAM Securities Ltd. has opened a special window for re-lodging physical share transfer requests.

This is for transfer deeds lodged prior to April 1, 2010, which were rejected or unaddressed due to deficiencies and could not be re-lodged by March 31, 2021. This allows eligible shareholders to convert their old physical shares into dematerialized form, simplifying ownership.

The window will be open for six months, during which re-lodged shares will be issued exclusively in demat mode.

Shareholders should submit their requests to the company or its RTA.
