National Peroxide Limited's 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 3:30 PM (IST). The meeting will be held virtually via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means, as permitted.

Shareholders will receive the AGM notice and Annual Report for FY2024-25 electronically and can access them on the company's website.

The company will provide remote e-voting and in-meeting e-voting facilities.

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 29 to September 4, 2025, to determine eligible voters.

This virtual AGM allows broad shareholder participation in key company decisions.
