The company's board has approved the appointment of Ms. Rekhaben Sanjay Bhanushali as an Additional Non-Executive & Independent Director.

Mr. Rakesh Agrawal has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing vital financial expertise.

Additionally, Mr. Ravindra Dilip Davrung joins as an Additional Non-Executive & Independent Director, and Mr. Prabhakar Kumar as an Additional Executive Director.
