Grand Oak Canyons Distillery's board has announced key appointments.

Mr. Prabhakar Kumar is now the Additional Managing Director for five years, pending shareholder approval, bringing a commerce and finance background.

The board also appointed B Kaushik & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-2026, subject to shareholder approval, bolstering corporate governance.

Additionally, Mr. Mithlesh has been appointed Internal Auditor for five years, as suggested by the Audit Committee, enhancing the company's internal controls.

These moves aim to strengthen the company's leadership and oversight.
