Grand Oak Canyons Distillery's board approved its FY2024-25 Board Report and scheduled the 40th Annual General Meeting for e-voting.

Significant leadership changes include Mr. Piyush resigning as Managing Director and Mr. Ajay Kumar as Non-Executive Director.

Concurrently, Mr. Prabhakar Kumar has been appointed as the new Additional Managing Director.

The board also approved amendments to a loan agreement and appointed new Secretarial and Internal Auditors, B Kaushik & Associates and Mr. Mithlesh, respectively, for upcoming financial years, subject to shareholder approval where applicable.
