The company's board has appointed Ms. Shruti Sohane as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, effective immediately, pending shareholder approval.

Her appointment strengthens corporate governance with her legal and compliance expertise.

The board also re-appointed M/s. M. I. Prajapati & Associates as Cost Auditor for the year 2025-26, with a fee of Rs 55,000, subject to shareholder confirmation.

Furthermore, Mr. Vishal Thawani was appointed as Scrutinizer for the e-voting process at the upcoming 30th Annual General Meeting, for which the notice and Directors' Report for the year ended March 31, 2025, were approved.
