Pyramid Technoplast has set September 12, 2025, as the Record Date for its proposed final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share for FY25. Investors holding shares by this date will be eligible for the dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 27th Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2025.
