BDH Industries conducted its 35th Annual General Meeting via Video Conferencing, presided over by Ms. Jayashree Nair and attended by key management and auditors.

Shareholders approved the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, and sanctioned the declaration of a dividend on Equity Shares.

Important resolutions passed included the re-appointment of Ms. Karthika Nair as Director, the re-appointment of Ms. Jayashree Nair as Managing Director, and the re-designation and re-appointment of Mr. S. C. Kachhara as Managing Director.

The remuneration for Cost Auditors and appointment of Secretarial Auditors were also ratified or approved.
