Osiajee Texfab Limited has published its audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, the company reported total income from operations of 0.12 Cr and a net profit after tax of 0.03 Cr.

The earnings per share (EPS) stood at 0.065. For consolidated results, including Osiajee Agro Farms Limited, the total income from operations was 0.83 Cr, with a net profit after tax of 0.40 Cr.

Consolidated EPS was 0.73. The equity share capital stands at 5.40 Cr.
