National Peroxide Limited has announced its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on September 04, 2025, via video conference.

The company has already sent the AGM notice and Annual Report for FY2024-25 electronically to eligible shareholders.

Investors can participate and vote through remote e-voting, which begins on September 01, 2025, and concludes on September 03, 2025. The cut-off date to determine voting eligibility is August 28, 2025. Additionally, the company's share transfer books will be closed from August 29, 2025, to September 04, 2025, for the AGM.
