Loyal Equipments has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting a total income from operations of ₹1.01 Cr and a net profit of ₹0.01 Cr, with EPS at ₹0.94. Separately, Mishtann Foods also released its consolidated unaudited financial results for the same quarter, showing a total income from operations of ₹386.05 Cr and a net profit of ₹82.66 Cr, with EPS at ₹0.77. For Mishtann Foods, auditors issued a modified report.

Both companies' boards approved their respective quarterly financials.
