Shareholders can participate via remote e-voting, which opens on Wednesday, September 03, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. and closes on Friday, September 05, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.

Eligibility for voting is based on shareholding as of Saturday, August 30, 2025. The company's share transfer books will be closed from Sunday, August 31, 2025, to Saturday, September 06, 2025, for the purpose of the AGM.
