M/s. Magna Capital Advisors will serve as Internal Auditor for FY2025-26. M/s. Mukesh Agarwal & Co. was re-appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY2025-26 to FY2029-30), subject to shareholder approval.

Importantly, M/s. Krishan Rakesh & Co. was appointed as Statutory Auditor for five years (FY2025-26 to FY2029-30), replacing the previous firm, also pending shareholder approval.
