Radhe Developers' Board of Directors has approved the resignation of M/s. Parin Patwari & Co., their statutory auditors.

To fill this casual vacancy, the Board, after input from the Audit Committee, has proposed M/s. S Parth & Co. as the new statutory auditors.

This appointment is contingent on shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The Board also decided to modify the notice for the 31st Annual General Meeting.
