To facilitate the AGM, the Company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Friday, 19 September, 2025, through Thursday, 25 September, 2025. This book closure is crucial for determining the shareholders eligible to participate and vote in the annual meeting, where important company matters are discussed and decisions are made.
