The Board of Daikaffil Chemicals India has approved key appointments.

M/s. NVC & Associates LLP will serve as the new Statutory Auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval.

Mr. Roshan R Shetty, son of the Managing Director, has been appointed as an Additional Director (Executive-Non Independent) for five years, also subject to shareholder approval.

Additionally, Mr. Sanjeev Kapoor, VP – Business Development, has been designated as Senior Management Personnel.

These changes bolster the company's governance and leadership team.
