B2B Software Technologies has secured an international order valued at USD 1,000,000, approximately INR 8.65 crores, from Antelope Valley Cancer Center.

The 5-year project involves leveraging Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Agentic Chatbots, alongside Data Mining, Digital Workflow Transformation, and Cybersecurity, to enhance the cancer center's efficiency and care quality.

The contract has a potential for enhancement up to USD 1,500,000. This is a related party transaction, as the center's owner is also the company's Promoter & CEO.

The deal is at arm's length and awaits shareholder approval, advised by the Audit Committee and Board.
