Pasupati Spinning and Weaving Mills has announced that its Board of Directors, following a review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ramesh Kumar Jain as Managing Director.

His new term will be for five years, commencing April 1, 2025, and concluding March 31, 2030. This re-appointment, which is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, ensures continued leadership with Mr. Jain, who brings extensive experience in the textile industry.

He is also the father of Mr. Vidit Jain, the Whole-time Director.

This move aims to maintain stability in key management.
