Company Update

The company's board has approved the financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025. Key governance changes include the appointment of Mr. Arvind Varchaswi as Managing Director for a five-year term, and the reappointment of Mr. Narayanan Narasimhan as Non-Executive Director and Chairperson, both subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.

Additionally, M/s. KKR & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, and M/s. Chiranjeevulu Jeelaga & Co. re-appointed as Cost Auditors for FY2025-26. The board also reviewed internal controls and approved future related party transactions.
