Rudra Ecovation Limited has re-constituted its various board committees following a recent change in directorship.

The company announced the appointment of Mr. Dharam Veer Singh, who will now serve on key committees including Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, Stakeholder Relationship, and Banking & Finance.

Additionally, the Securities Transfer Committee has been abolished, with its roles and responsibilities merged into the Stakeholder Relationship Committee.
